Every web hosting account you create with WebHost Manager will automatically have it's own CPanel control panel created for it. CPanel is the end-user control panel, for managing that individual web hosting account mainly used by your customers.

Logging in to WebHost Manager
Accessing WebHost Manager is done directly from an internet browser using your reseller's username and password (which will be provided to you in your Welcome email once you sign up). An example of how you would login is as follows:
