All TGHC dedicated servers are 100% fully managed. That means you don't have to worry about rebooting your server if it crashes, updating kernels, keeping
CPanel and WebHost Manager up to date, monitoring the server for spam and hacker attacks,
etc... because we do all that for you.
Managed Services - $200/month value
Most dedicated server providers do not provide managed services, and therefore will charge you if your server ever has to be rebooted or upgraded. That's why you have to be careful when shopping for a dedicated server. If you don't know what you're getting yourself into, you could be on the hook for a whole lot of extra charges.
Many will even charge you for technical support! In order to compare apples to apples, the managed services we provide would typically cost you an additional $200/month with any other company. We've decided to include these extra services free of charge, which means our servers are the perfect solution for those people who don't want to deal with
sever management issues and monthly updates.
CPanel/WebHost Manager - $20/month value
Most dedicated server providers charge extra for the installation and setup of
CPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM). We don't. Every server we setup is pre-installed with the latest CPanel/WHM web server software. What's more, is we can keep CPanel/WHM updated to the latest stable
version for you, for as long as you remain our customer.
Fantastico Deluxe! - $90/year value
Many dedicated server providers allow you to purchase a Fantastico
Deluxe license for $90/year (for which you would be responsible for the
yearly license fees), while some don't even offer Fantastico. We include
Fantastico Deluxe with all our servers, and we install and configure it
for you. We maintain your server's Fantastico license for as long as you
remain our customer.
Server Reboots are FREE
If for whatever reason your server crashes and is unreachable, our support staff is available to reboot your server, and get it back to it's original state, 24/7. In most cases you won't even have to ask for a reboot, because our team is monitoring your machine constantly, and will do it as soon as your server goes down. However, you may still want to contact our support team.... and if you do, simply
submit a support ticket from our support page. Our support staff will respond within the hour.
