In the unlikely case that we experience a network outage...

We guarantee that the network where your hosting account resides will be available to the internet at least 99.9% of the time every month, excluding scheduled maintenance. This ensures that your website will never be down, and always available for the world to see. If network uptime is not at least 99.9% in any given month, then you'll receive a credit for a free month of web hosting.

To receive your credit, submit a support ticket noting the date and time you first noticed your service interrupted. We will address any credit requests after the problem has been resolved. When the problem is fixed, credits will be issued as follows:
Monthly customers
- If a credit is due, then after the next monthly charge is made, it will be reversed within 1-2 days. In other words, the charge immediately following the service interruption will be refunded.
Annual customers
- If a credit is due, then 1 full month of web hosting will be added to the end of your existing term. In other words, if you had a service interruption on February 1, 2006 that resulted in a credit, and if your next annual charge was supposed to be October 10, 2006, then your existing recurring billing would be adjusted resulting in your next (and subsequent) annual billing being due on November 10, 2006.
