We know you'll be happy with your hosting account, but...
If for whatever reason you become unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your hosting
account activation, we will refund 100% of your hosting fees (including any setup
fees) no questions asked, upon receipt of your cancellation request.
To cancel a hosting plan, simply email or fax your cancellation request to us, and include your name, address, account username, domain name of the hosting account, and reason for your
cancellation (the "reason" is not necessary for your refund,
only for our own internal use to try and improve our service for
existing and future customers).
Note: The only exception to this guarantee is with domain name
registrations. There can be no refunds for domain registrations, even if you simply made a typo in registering your domain.
This is because domain registrations are final, as there is no way to
"un-register" a domain name.
